1.Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

It is not necessary to create an account to shop at 23. You can use the “guest” checkout feature to shop. However, by creating an account, you can: 1. Manage your account details 2. Review past orders Furthermore, you can save your shipping details for future purchases and a faster shopping experience.

2.What are the delivery charges?

PKR 150 delivery charges will be charged on the order.

3.What is the delivery time?

Order delivery can take between 3-5 working days, depending on the size and availability of the product. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery the following working day. Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and payment authorizations

4.What payment options do we have?

Cash on Delivery (available nationwide)

5.Does adding an item to the shopping cart mean that the item is reserved for me?

No, an item will only be reserved for you after you have confirmed your order at checkout.

6.How do I know that my order has been placed?

The Sales Order Summary emailed to you will act as confirmation that your order has been logged in our record.

7.Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can edit/modify your order within 1 hour after your order has been placed. Once the order goes under processing no changes can made in your order.

8. What is Exchange or Refund Policy for SALE Items?

There is No Exchange or Refund on Clearance Sale or General SALE Items.
